Red Leaf Consultancy was founded in 2019 by Sumer Vikram Jeet Singh (B.Com and Retail Management diploma). After seeing gaps and poor practice in parts of the immigration market, he built Red Leaf to offer honest, affordable guidance — the kind of support families in Tohana, Fatehabad, and Hisar should expect without travelling to a metro.
Seven years later, we still lead with that ethos: visa and immigration counselling across eight destinations; supervised, small-batch English test support when you need it; with process steps and fees explained before you proceed.

Admission scores vary by institution and programme, and visa rules can change. Many programmes ask for an overall IELTS score around 6.0–6.5, but the institution's current published requirement controls.
